Ryan Beckland

General Partner & Founder

Ryan has been investing in subsidized housing in and around Kansas City since 2007. As an investor, Ryan has focused on value-add opportunities, and led 80 large scale construction projects, including several single family to duplex conversions and a 16 apartment redevelopment project. Prior to being a full time investor, Ryan was the CEO of Validic, a VC-back healthcare startup for 7 years before moving to President and Chairman for two years.

Ryan Williams

General Contractors

Ryan has been working with the General Partner exclusively for 4 years. He has completed around 60 large scale renovations including several multifamily conversions and value add apartment building renovations. Ryan currently runs a team of 15 full time workers and manages 2-4 concurrent construction projects at any given time.

Addison Bliss

Architect

Addison has focused his practice on tiny homes and scalable factory built commercial buildings. As an architect, Addison designs the Simply Homes structures, and works with city officials to get our plans approved. Addison’s primary market expertise is in Kansas City and Little Rock.

Rebecca Mitchell

Product Advisor

Rebecca has been working with the Simply Home team on product development. Rebecca is a venture capitalist with Vive Collective, serves as Product Fellow with Homeward, and is an avid real estate investor. Formerly Rebecca served as VP of Product Management at Teladoc Health.
